As a Product Manager, you will own key features and components of the Grounding API, collaborating closely with engineering and partner teams. You will define product requirements, prioritize scenarios, and ensure successful delivery of capabilities that enable grounding across diverse AI workloads.

Transcarent’s AI and WayFinding team is building our next-generation products, including the WayFinding Care Assistant and AI platform. As a Technical Program Manager, you will connect the dots between product, engineering, and implementation ensuring features and integrations ship on time, at quality, and with clear communication across stakeholders. This role is critical in enabling our teams to execute with clarity and precision.

Oversee high visibility programs for our team and streamline our processes for building great customer and merchant products. Help Product and Engineering teams develop processes and frameworks for building quality software, while evaluating new technology developments to drive potential features and products. Coordinate across engineering teams and stakeholders, manage program schedules, and communicate clearly across the company.
